as most of you know, our dear Nicholle has been out of commission for a few days and will continue to be for a few weeks more with a sprained wrist/hand/thumb thingy. and though her brace allows her to look constantly optimistic with a permanent “Fonzy thumbs up”, it makes it a bit difficult to operate her camera. with an important senior session quickly approaching, Nicholle had to do the unthinkable…loosen her firm grip of control and call in a little help. brandy to the rescue! Ryan and Hannah were up from Florida for a quick family visit and wouldn’t return for another until December. it had to be done. so I loaded up the guys and was Bristol bound…
while I’ve already had the opportunity to fall in love with the Davidsons, this was my first introduction to the Bunns. and let me say, they are wonderful…so warm. their farm wasn’t so bad either. perfect backdrop to photograph these two awesome teenagers.
Ryan, the rising senior, was a bit reluctant at first (or all morning) to be our model. but as you’ll see, when this guys smiles, he transforms from a tough guy football player (and he’s good…really, I saw his huge championship ring!) to a camera’s best friend. thanks for bearing with us ryan and good luck choosing between college in the terrible heat or in the crazy snow! can’t wait to see what you decide.
then there was Hannah. beautiful Hannah and her amazing eyelashes. much to her family’s surprise, this girl is about to head out for an adventure in Montana or Wyoming, somewhere rugged anyway…for like three weeks! serious business, only necessities and tablets to make the water drinkable. you are more woman than I am my dear. thank you for being so lovely and for handling the lack of direction I was willing to give you. maybe you didn’t realize it, but I didn’t need to give much. you’ll see…
just one of each…

such a sweet smile

just love this one...
